According to the list of books advertised in the rear of my copy, "Peter Yates" was the most published mystery writer for this short-lived digest operation. Turns out that's a pseudonym for William Long who also wrote under the name "Will Creed." Both the Creed books (there were only two) were also published by Five Star.
