Hadn't seen the guide with the pavilion models but now need to have.

I was on the site one more time - an Egyptian exhibit sometime in first half of '80s. I've made the change, I should know better than to write something - in this case on a train travelling to Toronto - when I don't have access to proper reference material.

Interesting to hear of your visit to the old Expo site. Back in 1980, there were still a good number of pavilions fenced off from the public. Together they looked like the ruins of a futuristic city. I suppose I prefer remembering the Exposition as it was, rather than what it became.Brian Busbyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04120341319506205062noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6747768554703669866.post-12899527109568132292012-04-29T08:01:09.107-04:002012-04-29T08:01:09.107-04:00Oh, dear. I remember being impressed that a place as small as Monaco had its own pavilion.Brian Busbyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04120341319506205062noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6747768554703669866.post-39380532658643169302012-04-28T23:22:49.716-04:002012-04-28T23:22:49.716-04:00I wish I visited Expo'67 Montreal. I spent several days on site in 2005 seeing what's left and I can only imagine the greatness of that Expo.
Thanks for sharing this!
Cesar Corona
P.S. Just a note: Expo 2010 Shanghai holds the record of single-day attendance, with 1'032'800 visitors on October 16, 2010. Before that, Expo'92 Seville received 629'000 visitors on October 3, 1992.César Coronahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06269480771812354652noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6747768554703669866.post-70339067474832531822012-04-28T20:49:43.534-04:002012-04-28T20:49:43.534-04:00That's not the Moroccan pavilion.
