ReplyDeleteGary, I think you'll find many riches amongst titles published in the late 'sixties and early 'seventies by Essex House of North Hollywood, California. Charles Bukowski and Philip José Farmer count amongst the authors they published. John Glassco's grand hoax The Temple of Pederasty (1970) appeared under sister imprint Hanover House.
